Norway do awesome stuff. Again.

They're proposing legal file sharing of content, saying that copyright laws are outdated and fucked up*. They also propose a ban on DRM tech, the enshortenisation (huzzah!) of copyright life-span, and free sampling of artist work, like music samples and stuff.

Tracey Emin's allegedly an artist, and she works with her hands. Maybe I could sample her fingers off?
