I live just south of the border on the western side. Most people just south of the border (slightly north of me) are technically Scots, and anyone in a 30 mile zone north of the border is mostly middle class english. This means that Scots think I'm their neighbour, but I witness the worst of the scottish/english interactions. Scots are cuntish scum to English people, like Cornish are to tourists. Most of them are civil servants working for english government departments and harbour a fantasy that; should Scotland devolve, their jobs would stay the way they are. Newsflash: It's not legal for a British government job to be performed by someone not living in the British Isles. Scotland leaves that union, several million become destitute.

The interdependancy of that situation is similar to that of the BoycottScotland site linked.
You boycott a hotbed of innovation and you're fucked. Even if you boycott fucking Libya you're gonna suffer a bit. Governments need to stop fucking about with sanctions, and people need to stop being so simple-minded regarding relations with foreign nations.
Fact: Scotland wouldn't release the guy if they believed he was the cause of Lockerbie. Fact, the CIA and MI5 caused the security hole through which the Lockerbie bomber/s waltzed, in aid of the international drugs trade.
Why should Scotland have a potential martyr die in one of their prisons, rather than let him die in his home (Hint: The waving of scottish flags was an act of thankfulness to the scottish government and people)

Ultimately the people who killed all those passengers and crew of that flight, and all the people in Lockerbie on the ground, probably are either still working for the CIA/MI5, or are retired on a comfy pension.
The patsy went Home to die, BOO FUCKING HOO. The victims are all still dead, and so is he, in a short time.
Disclaimer: I live in a city that the flight passed over and any delay would have brought it down about here.
