Ouch

Did 90 press-ups (push-ups for the yanks) last night (3 sets of 30). Am regretting it today.

That's quite good Fossy! Keep it up. And I mean that literally. Every day. The key to success is the pain! After a couple of weeks it doesn't hurt that much either. Now go get fit!
