Healthy Eating
As you probably know I've got myself into a bit of a healthy living situation. I say a bit because it's really not that amazing - I'm not a health freak, I just eat better than I used to, I smoke less and I do weights.
Diet is a very important part of maintaining health and well being. A good diet can help prevent heart disease, mental illness, seagull attack, lethargy and really bad farts (Howard). Please refer to this page from the food standards agency for more information, and view in particular the Food Wheel (although these cuntrags call it the "eatwell plate").
In an effort to inspire some of you to do the same, I'd like to show you how easy it is to eat healthily. Here's a picture of my fridge, as an example of the cheap and easy-to-prepare foods that could help put you on the path to healthinessicity. ness.
Please remember, ketchup comes from the tomato, which is a fruit, not a vegetable.

I use a cricket bat to fend off seagull attacks. I find it far more efficient and cost effective, although I do admit that it can get quite messy at times.
I snuff out polar bears with my singing.
I live healthy by denying everything I've eaten that's not good for me. Like cake, and sweets, and you know, stuff.
Foss is a genious -> Foss is always right -> Foss' fridge is the correct and best way to eat healthy -> Beer is healthy. Thank you Foss! Mmmm beer..
I find that you can make almost anything healthy by putting it in a brown roll. Two sausages, two bacon, two hash browns and and two eggs? Put it in a brown roll! Voila! Healthy food that tastes delicious!
Audun - that's awesome. You're keeping them at bay and thus helping the rest of the world.
Tora - most sweets are fruit flavoured, which means they're good for you.
Ulrik - thanks. When I take over the world, you can have a country.
Ryan - you're right. Brown bread is healthy, and also very good at soaking up grease and fat.
COME ON NB - ALPHA!
