Gigs
We have a charity gig coming up. It'll be at the town hall, it's already being advertised all over the place and apparently it's going to be quite busy. This is worrying because, to be honest, we're not very good. On the other hand, I like to be on stage and take the piss out of people. That'll be fun. It's on the 15th. I will play the hell out of the bass guitar, or regular guitar, depending on whether we have another bass player or not.
Now lick me gently.

I should try and make an appearance to this, as I've not made it to any of your other gigs, apart from a Captain Cosmic and The Daves gig once.
Although on the other hand, witnessing live music just makes me annoyed that I'm not in a band myself, so maybe I shouldn't go.
Whatever happened to Extreme Action Sock? It started out so promisingly, with a decent jam session...
That is so cool. Your town has a charitable organization to help out underpriveledged bands. Seems that the money they are paying you could go better to feed the hungry or help widows or orphans, but who am I to judge others. Does the charity pay for your instruments and lessons as well? How about smokes and the obligatory beer?
We're not getting paid for it as far as I'm aware :( But that's okay because i'm going to steal some curtains and stagelights.
Ryan, EAS didn't happen because we're both lazy slackers. We could rememdy this getting off our arses and doing, umm, stuff.
