CSS Zen Garden
CSS Zen Garden has been a favourite of mine for a long time. The idea is they supply an HTML file with no formatting shitshingles, and you create a CSS file that it can use to make the page layout, basically seperating style and content completely.
I just stumbled across this fantastic ninja design.
The guy that runs css zen garden (Dave Shea) also created some of the blogger.com templates, although not the one I'm currently using.
Pissflaps McPlenty wants your jacket.

There could be a way, oh yes. If I get bored of playing WoW today, I shall attempt to create one for you. Or something.
